1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Vouchers (gift cards). The terms and conditions of purchase of the voucher are governed by the terms and conditions of the Online Store.

1.2. The issuer of the Voucher is PIOTR ISKRA, conducting business activity under the name PIOTR ISKRA BASIL, entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister competent for economy, with the following address of the place of business: ul. Szlak 32/1 31-153 Kraków, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 8212012785, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 711692223 and email address: shop@mieta.eu.

1.3. Definitions:

1.3.1. VOUCHER – a gift voucher (gift card) of a specified value, entitling the Customer to use it in the Seller's Store in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, within the period specified therein and for the value stated therein. A gift voucher is not a Product, but only a document entitling the Customer to make a purchase in the Seller's Store. It replaces the cash for which Products are usually purchased in the Store.

1.3.2. CUSTOMER, VOUCHER HOLDER – a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable regulations, also a natural person with limited legal capacity – who is the holder of the Voucher.

1.3.3. CIVIL CODE – the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).

1.3.4. PRODUCT – a movable item available in the Store that may be the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.

1.3.5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS – these terms and conditions of use of the Voucher.

1.3.6. STORE – Online Store.

1.3.7. ONLINE STORE – the Seller's online store available at the following internet address: www.mieta.eu.

1.4. EXHIBITOR, SELLER – PIOTR ISKRA conducting business activity under the name PIOTR ISKRA BASIL entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister competent for economy, with the following address of the place of business: ul. Ujastek 5B lok. 10, 31-752 Kraków and address for service: ul. Dietla 56/1, 31-073 Kraków, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 8212012785, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 711692223 and email address: shop@mieta.eu.

1.4.1. SALES AGREEMENT – an agreement for the sale of a Product concluded between the Customer and the Seller in the Store.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE VOUCHER

2.1. The voucher contains a unique code which, when entered during the order process, entitles the holder to a discount equal to the value of the voucher.

2.2. The Voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. The start date is the date of purchase of the Voucher.

2.3. The Voucher holder is entitled to use the Voucher once within the period specified on the Voucher (the Voucher expiry date) and for the value specified on the Voucher by purchasing Products in the Seller's Store in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2.4. The Voucher may be redeemed by the Customer in the Seller's Store within the period specified on it (the Voucher's expiry date).

2.5. The Voucher replaces cash in the Store in the amount specified on it for the purpose of making payment under the Sales Agreement, but it cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.6. The Customer has the right to redeem the Voucher in the case of a Sales Agreement whose value exceeds the nominal value of the Voucher, provided that in such a case the Customer is obliged to pay the remaining part of the price using the payment methods available in the Store. In the case of a Sales Agreement whose value is lower than the value stated on the Voucher being redeemed, the Customer is not entitled to receive cash representing the difference between the value of the Sales Agreement and the value stated on the Voucher. The Customer is also not authorised to reuse the Voucher.

2.7. If the Customer returns a Product purchased under a Sales Agreement concluded in the Seller's Stationary Store, the Seller shall refund the price of the returned Product to the Voucher.

3. COMPLAINTS

3.1. Complaints related to the use of the Voucher and the implementation of these Terms and Conditions may be submitted by the Customer, for example, by e-mail to the following address: shop@mieta.eu or by post to the following address: ul. Szlak 32/1, 31-153 Kraków.

3.2. It is recommended to provide as much information and circumstances as possible in the description of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the irregularity and contact details – this will facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint by the Issuer.
