Information on the processing of personal data in the www.mieta.eu store
Personal data in the mieta.eu store is processed by Piotr Iskra, operating under the name PIOTR ISKRA BASIL, who can be contacted by email at shop@mieta.eu.
You can also use traditional mail - ul. Szlak 32/1, 31-153 Kraków, Poland
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the contract or taking action at the request of the data subject prior to its conclusion (fulfilment of an order in the online store), for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and for the purpose of the legitimate interest of the controller in the form of securing, pursuing or establishing claims.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, request the Administrator to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it or restrict its processing, as well as to object to its processing and transfer.
The provision of personal data is voluntary, with two exceptions:
- concluding contracts with the Administrator - failure to provide personal data necessary to conclude and perform a Sales Contract or an Electronic Service Contract with the Administrator in the cases and to the extent indicated on the Online Store website and in the Online Store Terms and Conditions will result in the inability to conclude such a contract. In such a case, the provision of personal data is a contractual requirement and if the data subject wishes to conclude a given contract with the Administrator, they are obliged to provide the required data. Each time, the scope of data required to conclude a contract is indicated in advance on the Online Store website and in the Online Store Terms and Conditions;
- Statutory obligations of the Administrator - the provision of personal data is a statutory requirement resulting from generally applicable laws imposing on the Administrator the obligation to process personal data (e.g. processing data for the purpose of keeping tax or accounting records) and failure to provide such data will prevent the Administrator from performing these obligations.
Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients, depending on your choice of contract performance or other processing activity:
- carriers / forwarders / courier brokers
- entities handling electronic or card payments
- survey system providers
- service providers supplying the Administrator with technical, IT and organisational solutions enabling the Administrator to conduct its business activities, including the Online Store and the Services provided through it
- accounting, legal and advisory service providers providing the Administrator with accounting, legal or advisory support (in particular an accounting office, law firm or debt collection company) ,
Your personal data will be processed only until the legal obligation ceases to apply.
The Administrator may use profiling in the Online Store for direct marketing purposes, but the decisions made by the Administrator on this basis do not concern the conclusion or refusal to conclude a Sales Agreement or the possibility of using Electronic Services in the Online Store. The use of profiling in the Online Store may result, for example, in granting a discount to a given person, sending them a discount code, reminding them about unfinished purchases, sending a proposal for a Product that may correspond to the interests or preferences of a given person, or offering better terms and conditions compared to the standard offer of the Online Store. Despite profiling, the person concerned is free to decide whether to take advantage of the discount or better terms and conditions received in this way and make a purchase in the Online Store.
